1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and maxx66 ("maxx66", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at maxx66.co. 3. Account Responsibilities

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) maxx66 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, balances forfeited, and the individual permanently banned from the maxx66 platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. maxx66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All transactions on the maxx66 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). maxx66 does not accept deposits in foreign currency on behalf of the Member; any currency conversion costs are borne solely by the Member.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

maxx66's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
